Cooperation of the Fund Forum with Chinese partners actively developing since first years of its activity. One of the first foreign representatives of the Fund Forum is the office in Beijing.
In 2008 the Foundation signed Memorandum of Understanding with one of the major public organizations of China - Soong Ching Ling Foundation. This is Chinas well-known Non-Governmental Organization.
In 2009 Fund Forum signed Memorandum on Cooperation with the China Association for the Advancement of International Friendship. It is a national non-governmental organization for promoting international goodwill and strengthening ties with overseas Chinese. The objective of the Association is to establish and develop friendly relations of cooperation with organizations and personages of foreign countries and regions, through friendly intercourse, cultural exchanges, economic and technological cooperation and consultation, professional training, tourism and other activities in order to maintain and promote world peace.
In 2010, the Fund Forum signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Chinese Foundation for International Problem Studies. The Memorandum will help develop and cement mutual cooperation between the two foundations, particularly in mutual support in the sphere of culture, arts, education and scientific research. The signing ceremony took place during the visit to Uzbekistan by a Chinese delegation to attend the SCO Summit of June 10-11, 2010.

Exhibition of paintings for postcards World Etagami Show Olympics 2008 was held in Beijing with the works of children from Uzbekistan.
The evening of Uzbek Culture was held during Olympic Games in Beijing. An exhibition Pearl of the Great Silk Road was presented as a part of it.
2009
January 17, Beijing, “Art and Peace” International Academic Seminar. Artists and art historians of France, Australia, Slovakia, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan discussed the problems of contemporary fine art and presented their best works. Uzbekistan was represented by artist Akmal Nur, the member Board of Trustees of the Fund Forum, and Kamola Akilova, Doctor of Art History.
5-12 June, International exhibition «Works by contemporary artists from six countries» in Beijing. 50 works of such famous Uzbek artists as: Hikmat Jalilov, Bakhtier Nazarov, Dilorom Mamedova, Anvar Mirsagatov and others represented our country at the exhibition.
On June 13-21, "China through Uzbekistan Children's Eyes" exhibition of children's drawings was held in Beijing.
July 25-30, Tianjin, International Children and Youth Culture and Art Festival-2009. The event was included concerts, meeting, as well as the 5th International Children's Painting Competition and Paintings exhibition. Uzbekistan was represented in this exhibition by more than 40 artistic works by the alumni of the «Yangi Avlod Forumi» Children's Creativity Center of Fund Forum.
September 10-11. On the first day of the World Economic Forum (WEF New Champions Annual Meeting 2009), held in Dalian (Liaoning Province), the Fund Forum organized a presentation of culture and arts of Uzbekistan. Within the presentation there was a photo exhibition "Tashkent: yesterday and today" dedicated to the 2200th anniversary of the capital of Uzbekistan, as well as a concert program.
In September, “ONI” creative group participated in “The Humanity Photo Awards - 2009” International Competition held in Guangzhou.
2010
On March 21, Beijing hosted Navruz celebrations attended by around 100 people, including general public, members of scientific circles, journalists as well as students from Uzbekistan studying at Chinese educational institutions. The programme included music performances and colourful Uzbek dances. The attendees also had an opportunity to taste traditional Navruz meals such as sumalak, delicious pilaff and eastern sweets.
On April 9-11, 2010, Lanzhou, the capital of China’s Gansu province, hosted Uzbek Culture Days. The Uzbek Culture Days included a series of events such as photo exhibitions, presentations of “Uzbekistan: Yesterday and Today”, a concert, and a seminar dedicated to the culture of Uzbekistan as well as a demonstration of Uzbek films.
On April 23, in Beijing the students of Vanhualu School gave their Uzbek peers in China an opportunity to learn more about traditional art of Chinese people, performing folk dances and traditional music. Uzbek children, in turn, performed national and modern dances, performed song as well as a kung fu performance.
From April 25 to May 1, Ortikali Kozokov and Alisher Alikulov, members of IJOD Association of Artists, Art Historians and Craftsmen, participated in the project “The Silk Road – a Journey in the Name of Life”. The participants included artists from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Egypt, Bangladesh, China and Uzbekistan. During their creative tour the artists visited Shanghai, Suzhou and Yangzhou where they gave master classes.
On June 1, Lanzhou, hosted a cultural event dedicated to the International Child Protection Day, attended by roughly 150 children, teachers and parents. The festivities gave the children an opportunity to familiarize themselves with Uzbek national dances and songs and to participate in a variety of contests and competitions, with winners being awarded presents. Of particular interest for children was an exhibition “China in the Eyes of Uzbekistan’s Children”, which showcased over 80 artistic works by the trainees of Yangi avlod forumi (New generation forum) Children’s Creativity Center in Tashkent and other establishments.
On June 10, an international exhibition of artists of SCO countries, “The Silk Road – Journey in the name of peace”, opened its doors on June 10 at the Gallery of Fine Arts of Uzbekistan as part of the SCO Summit.
