One of the initiators of a National Association of Electronic Media: In 2007 – author of a media-project on “Youth TV Studios” which is a unique expe-rience in the post-Soviet area. The project helped create special TV studios all over the country enabling youth (currently some 300 people) to study and prepare their own programs for broadcasting on TV. Since 2007, numerous grants have been given to non-governmental TV stations working in the regions. In 2008, initiated the creation of a network of 11 youth radio stations all over the country. Since 2006, she has promoted socially active journalism in the country

Established a Social Initiatives Support Fund (www.sisf.uz), and serves as Chairperson of its Board of Trustees. The SISF unites representatives of local and international NGOs, business community and government. The organization has successfully launched and implements several major social projects in the fields of health, education, social support, social infrastructure and environment. In particular, the «Inclusive Education» project has allowed more than 600 disabled children to study in ordinary schools. Another project - «Clean water» - has been implemented in the environmentally disadvantaged Aral Sea region. The establishment of the SISF is considered as an important step in encouraging the development of civil society. Some 105 thousand people have benefited from the Fund`s support

Initiated an annual international art project in Uzbekistan - Style.uz Art Week with participants from all over the world, including fashion houses and guests of honor such as Dsquared2, Guy Laroche, Pascal Morabito, Inès de la Fressange, Takada Kenzo and many others

Initiated the establishment of the Youth Initiatives Center (YIC) Kelajak ovozi (Voice of the Future), which has bought together winners of various youth projects of the Fund Forum, including the Educational Grants Program and the Program of Scholarships for Gifted Students, as well as one of the most ambitious projects to support young people in Uzbekistan – Kelajak ovozi Talented Youth Contest. Currently, YIC has self-managed offices in all regions of the country which carry out educational projects on youth development with eight main lines of action. Since its start, more than 162 thousand people have taken part in the project

Established the Forum of Culture and Art of Uzbekistan Foundation - Fund Forum (www.fondforum.uz). Currently, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees. The Fund Forum is the biggest public organization in Uzbekistan, which is also rapidly expanding its international activities. The Fund has offices in Tashkent, Moscow, Beijing, Tokyo, Paris, Geneva, and Vienna. Established cultural ties with partners in Russia, Egypt, China, Japan, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Austria, Germany, Switzerland and other countries. To date, more than 3 million people have benefited from the Fund Forum`s support. Memorandums of Cooperation and Understanding have been signed with UNESCO, the British Council, the Swiss Cooperation Office, the Soong Ching Ling Foundation, Austrian Association of Retirees, China Association for the Advancement of International Friendship, National Museum of Korea and Samuel Eto`o Foundation and others.
